The DA meeting in Brantford is moving to a new location as of this Thursday, August 26, 2010.

Meetings will be held on Thursdays at 8:00 p.m. at Church of the Nazarene, 347 Fairview Drive, Brantford. Wheelchair accessible. Free parking. Enter via the front doors.

The 519 Centre is closed on Sat July 3 due to Pride weekend.
We have arranged another location:

Bloor Street United Church
300 Bloor Street West.
The Music Room

Half way between St. George and Spadina Subway Stations
Paid parking available in the church parking lot.

You may enter at 300 Bloor or the parking lot entrance at 470 Huron St.

Meeting is usual time 10:30 a.m.
We have the room from 10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

There will no BDA meeting on Thursday, July 1st, 2010, due to the Canada Day holiday.

The East End DA group will be meeting on Tuesdays instead of Fridays, beginning with the meeting on Tuesday, June 29 and ending with the meeting on Tuesday, August 31.

Due to a street festival happening in the vicinity of the House this Sunday our group is unable to use the meeting room. In light of the short notice we are not able to make alternative arrangements. Meetings will resume next week on Sunday, June 27.

The Brantford group will not be meeting on Thursday, July 1st due to the Canada Day Holiday (our venue will be closed).

CALL FOR Intergroup Service Rep
Application Deadline: May 11, 2010

The selection of an ISR is a solemn trust for any DA service entity. We want the right person to represent us at the World Service level. The strength of the DA service structure rests in the group conscience of the GSRs and ISRs who serve our Fellowship at the Conference.

Therefore, your Intergroup is opening up the position of ISR (Intergroup Service Representative) to any qualified member of DA whose Home Group is donating funds to Intergroup. That ISR will be sent to DA’s 2010 World Service Conference, August 11-15, 2010 in Denver, Colorado.

A candidate will be chosen from the emails Intergroup receives, and announced on May 25, 2010.
